Employee Network Groups: Share, learn and grow
Robert Half’s internal Employee Networking Groups (ENGs) bring together colleagues from around the world with common interests. These employee-driven groups focus on traditionally under-represented populations and provide a safe space for discussion, advocacy, ideas and concerns.
Every year our ENGs continue to grow in membership, participation, and philanthropy with the sponsorship and support of executive leadership. Our ENGs sponsor many events throughout the year ranging from podcasts, conversation series and mentoring activities to community outreach, guest speakers, and companywide live streams.
Connected to our communities
Robert Half builds relationships with local community members, workers, businesses, DEI alliances and external organizations to learn about the people we serve and support. These efforts, along with our internal Employee Network Groups, help to build a dynamic, inclusive environment where people feel comfortable being who they are at work.
